För att kunna aktivera TenFAST’s integration med Fortnox behöver du ha ett konto med en integrationslicense på Fortnox. Denna kostar 119 kr/mån. Du betalar inget extra hos TenFAST.

Hur fungerar det med serier?

Du kan välja bokföringsserie när du koppar ihop TenFAST med Fortnox.

Hur väljs bolag?

När du aktiverar integrationen får du logga in på Fortnox med dina vanliga inloggningsuppgifter och därefter välja vilket av dina bolag du vill koppla ihop med TenFAST. Denna integration är därmed kopplad mellan hyresvärden och det bolag som valts. Om du endast har ett bolag kopplat till Fortnox väljs detta automatiskt.

Fungerar det med hyror som har status Utkast?

Om en hyra har status Utkast kommer den inte att bokföras. Hyror bokförs endast när de aviseras (när status inte längre är Utkast).

Hur hanteras ändringar på avier?

Om en avi som är bokförd i Fortnox ändras i TenFAST så skickas den informationen över till Fortnox. Det som kan ändras är om en avi Krediteras eller Makuleras.
